Lead Inspector Course

Description

The lead inspector’s job is to detect the presence of lead and generate a report. The topics of this course include: roles and responsibilities of a lead inspector, regulations, protocol for conducting single family and multi-family inspections, methodologies for conducting sampling, clearance testing, XRF use, report preparation, recordkeeping, and legal and insurance.
Class time 8:00am-5:00pm
Lead Sampling Technician course is a prerequisite
